General Service

Hours, scheduling, loaners
Schedule Chevrolet service online at kemnachevrolet.com/schedule-service or call our service department at 866-425-5321. Pick your day, your time, and your service advisor. Same-day Quick Lube appointments are typically available — drive in any time during service hours, no appointment required.

Same-day appointments for oil changes, tire rotations, and Quick Lube service are usually available — call our service department at 866-425-5321 first thing in the morning. Larger repairs and warranty work typically require an appointment scheduled 1 to 3 business days in advance.
02

Maintenance Schedules

Oil, tires, fluids
Most modern Chevrolet vehicles using GM Dexos full-synthetic oil should have an oil change every 7,500 miles or once a year, whichever comes first. Diesel Silverado HD trucks and trucks used for heavy towing should follow the severe-duty schedule of every 5,000 miles. The Chevrolet Oil Life Monitor in your dash will alert you when service is due.
Chevrolet recommends rotating tires every 7,500 miles or with every oil change. Rotation extends tire life, evens out tread wear, and is required to maintain most tire manufacturer mileage warranties. Kemna Chevrolet includes a tire rotation with most full-service oil changes.
Loaner vehicles are available for warranty service and select extended repairs. Please request a loaner when you schedule your service appointment so we can reserve one for you. For shorter visits, we offer a comfortable customer lounge with Wi-Fi, coffee, and a kids' area.
03

Warranty & Recalls

Coverage you actually get
New Chevrolet vehicles come with a 3-year/36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper limited warranty and a 5-year/60,000-mile powertrain limited warranty. Chevrolet electric vehicles add an 8-year/100,000-mile battery and propulsion warranty. Chevrolet Certified Pre-Owned vehicles add a 12-month/12,000-mile limited warranty and a 6-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty on top of any remaining factory coverage.
Call Kemna Chevrolet service at 866-425-5321 with your VIN and we will look up any open recalls and schedule the recall work at no cost to you. You can also check directly at chevrolet.com/recalls or nhtsa.gov/recalls. As an authorized Chevrolet dealership, we perform all manufacturer recall work for free regardless of where the vehicle was purchased.
Warranty repairs must be performed by an authorized Chevrolet dealership to remain covered. Routine maintenance such as oil changes can technically be done elsewhere, but you must keep service records. Kemna Chevrolet keeps your service history on file automatically, which simplifies any future warranty claim.
04

Quick Lube

Drive in. ~30 minutes. No appointment.
Quick Lube is our express service lane — no appointment needed. Most Quick Lube visits are completed in about 30 minutes. Any make and model is welcome — not just Chevrolet.
Quick Lube is for express maintenance — oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and inspections. Anything that requires diagnostic time, longer than 30 minutes, or scheduled lift access is moved to our main service department. That includes brakes, transmission work, alignments, engine diagnostics, EV high-voltage service, and warranty repairs.
